Leadership Model
At 3Minds we draw on a combination of evidence based leadership models to enhance the development of leaders. These include Adaptive Leadership (Heifet 1994), Level 5 Leadership (Collins 2001) and Servant Leadership (Greenleaf 1970) models. We also draw Daniel Goleman’s work on Emotional Intelligence and Peter Drucker who applied an outcome focused perspective to leadership.
